I am a DEI consultant supporting organizations in the social sector. I help transform organizational culture through equity-focused design thinking and leadership development. I'm passionate about creating spaces where people are challenged to grow. I partner with organizations to create a culture of inclusive practices that lead to healing and liberation.

I'll conduct a culture audit to help you better understand the equity gaps in your organization's culture and we'll develop a plan to address it one inclusive practice at a time.

Using human-centered design-thinking, we’ll interrogate current programs and practices to ensure you're redesigning with equity at the center.
